Our promise to you
When you shop with me, quality is a guarantee. Kay Kouture Co strives to deliver all products within a reasonable time frame. Each order is packaged with care, with consideration of each of our supporters and customers.
1. Our business days are Monday-Friday. All weekend orders (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday. Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm, any orders placed outside of this time frame will be processed the following day.
2. It may take 2-3 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped to you.
3. After an order is placed, tracking information is sent to the email provided during checkout.
4. All domestic products take 2-10 business days to arrive. However, due to COVID, these times could be delayed.
5. Kay Kouture Co is not and does not claim responsibility for lost or damaged items.
6. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. However, an email can be sent within 24 hours of the purchase to correct this mistake. Please view our contact tab for information on how to connect with us directly.
1. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. In the event that we accept one of the aforementioned, it will be on a case by case basis that is worked out with the brand owner.
3. In the cases where we accept refunds, we will not cover the shipping for the returned items.
4. Some items (i.e swimwear) cannot be returned, no matter the scenario.
